On Mother's Day I tried making Wat Than Hor (Hor Fun that we usually eat at zhi char stall). But too bad my hor fun no "wok hei" (in cantonese), can't expect much from a home gas stove...Overall still not too bad. JW likes it and say it's nice. RJ also finish almost 1 whole bowl. Can consider a success lah

Wat Than Hor
On Mother's Day I tried making Wat Than Hor (Hor Fun that we usually eat at zhi char stall).
